CBBC to screen £8million animated series of The Jungle Book
A hi-tech computer animated series of The Jungle Book which cost £8million to produce is going to be shown on CBBC
CBBC are planning to run a 52-part computer animated series of The Jungle Book which cost £8milllion to make.
The Jungle Book series was made in India where the book’s author Rudyard Kipling set his original story, and features all your favourite characters such as Mowgli the boy, Baloo the bear, and Shere Khan the tiger.
The BBC paid £1million for the series which has already been shown in Germany, France, Australia and the Middle East.
It has not yet been revealed when the show will be on air, but we will keep you updated as and when we know.
