Beware: puppy scam

The Kennel Club has warned that people need to start being more 'puppy aware' because a quarter of the people that they surveyed had been scammed into buying a puppy that they never actually received.

that is awful who would do such a thing. Why? personally i don't see how those cruel people actually manage to ruin those peoples happiness. Aswell all they will get out of it is money and guilt and that would lie heavy on someones shoulders.

I'm getting a puppy and I know several breeders who bred dogs I know will soon have some.

Well, a good place to buy pets from is the RSPCA. I know as I go my cat from a place there
