Beavers rehomed in Wales

Two beavers have been rehomed in a secure enclosure in Wales.

The beavers have a 2.5 acre enclosure with their own pond. They are part of a project to see how well beavers would do if they were released into the wild in Wales next year.

The benefits of having wild beavers in Wales again are being weighed up by the North Wales Wildlife Trust. Lots of farmers are against the plan.

Beavers became extinct in Wales during the 12th century.
