Pippi Longstockings the zeedonk

Baby zedonk born

A baby zedonk - half zebra, half donkey, has been born. Watch the video to see for yourself!

A zedonk - a zebra/donkey crossbreed has been born in a zoo in Georgia U.S. Named Pippi Longstocking because of her stripy legs, the zedonk has a zebra father and a donkey mother.

Managers at the Chestatee Wildlife Preserve at Dahlonega where she was born says that she has zebra instincts - she sits up and looks around for predators, rather than relaxes like a donkey.
