Baby boom at Paignton Zoo
Paignton Zoo Environmental Park in Devon is experiencing a baby boom this winter.
The park has welcomed the pitter patter of tiny feet in their primate section. A baby king colobus monkey have joined parents Ivy and Martin. Colobus monkeys are classed as vulnerable by the Union for the Conservation of Nature.
Twin baby Emperor Tamarins have also been born, they are the 7th and 8th Emperor Tamarins to be born at the zoo by the same parents.
Keepers are also celebrating the successful birth of a Diana monkey, which is also classed as vulnerable.
