Adopted Russian boy sent back to Russia alone
A woman in America who adopted an abandoned Russian boy has sent him back to Russia - on the plane by himself!
A woman who adopted a seven-year-old from Russia sent him back - on the plane alone - after claiming that he had mental problems and that she had been mislead.
The seven-year-old was put on a plane to Moscow from Washington. When he arrived, he gave a note from his adopted mother to officials. The note said that the boy was mentally unstable and violent and, that for the family’s safety, she didn’t want to be his mother any more and so was giving him back to the country he came from.
Adoption officials disagree with the woman’s claims and say that the boy is “normal for his age”.
The incident has caused outrage in Russia and the foreign minister has recommended that the adoption of Russian children by American people be suspended.

That is cruel. Couldn't she have just spoken to a social worker or something and the social worker could've found another family for him?

that is so mean even if he had mental problems thats no way to treat a child its true though different people from different countrys should not be able to adopt unless they live there to ensure that the child stays native to its own country

That's so horrible! He's only seven! Imagine how we would feel when we were seven if that happened to us. It's not exactly hisfault that he has mental issues, so the woman could have been mature enough to maybe get a social worker to help and send the boy to a few calm events, like meditation, yoga or anger management until he gets better. Fair enough because he is mentally unstable he may not understand, but all he would need is a little bit of love. If not, the boy should be in a kind orphanage where the kids are cared for well.
