19 dead after block of flats collapse in Lebanon

At least 19 people died when a five-storey block of flats came down in Beirut, Lebanon. 

Heavy rains and nearby construction works have both been blamed, although the cause is not yet known.

Around 50 people lived in the building, so it is thought that more people will have died in the tragedy.
