15 people have died in avalanches in Afghanistan
More than 15 people have died in avalanches caused by heavy snowfall in Badakhshan.
In many areas, 2-3m of snow has fallen, leading to many areas being cut off from rescue workers. More deaths are expected, as dozens of homes have been buried under snow.
