140-million-year-old piece of poo is a national treasure
A 140-million-year-old piece of fossilised poo has been declared a ‘national, natural treasure’ by experts at Denmark’s Natural History Museum.
The brown fossil was discovered in an old gravel pit on the island of Bornholm, and is thought to have come from a fish-eating animal.
