Japanese macaque monkeys get hayfever

A family of macaque monkeys in Japan have been suffering from a bad case of hayfever as spring hots up. 

A Japanese macaque monkey family living in a rescue centre in Japan have been diagnosed with hayfever after suffering from itchy eyes and runny noses. 

Twenty monkeys have been hit with this condition, caused by pollen from the cedar trees at the Awajishima Monkey Center in Sumoto, Hyogo, Japan.
