Brave Blue Peter presenter Helen Skelton has become the first person to reach the South Pole using a bike.
28-year-old Helen took on her incredible Polar Challenge in aid of Sport Relief. It involved travelling more than 800km (500 miles) across Antarctica, by ski, kite and bike.
Along the way, she even managed to set a new Guinness World Record for the fastest 100km travelled by kite ski. She covered the distance in seven hours and 28 minutes.
This was one of the toughest challenges ever taken on for Sport Relief. During her time in Antarctica, Helen suffered snow storms, temperatures of minus 48°C, blisters and a terrible cough. Not only that, but during the 30-day journey, she was only able to wash once!
Speaking to First News from the South Pole, Helen told us about something else she had to worry about when going to the toilet (very quickly!): “One day I did think I had frostbite on my bottom, but I can’t exactly ask someone to check that!”
