Transforming lives in Africa
A pioneering initiative which encourages shoppers to buy with a conscience is being launched today. The ‘ One’ campaign has already transformed more than 1.7 million lives in Africa. It started with 'One Water' which was the official water at festivals and now its expanding to eggs, water, soap and toilet paper.
Their- ' Like for Like' initiative provides shoppers with an effective and simple means of helping to transform the lives of those living in developing countries. For instance by buying One eggs, you are helping to provide communities in Malawi with chickens.
Global Ethics say Consumers are becoming increasingly ethically aware, and are considering social responsibility, ethics and sustainability in all aspects of their daily lives.
‘One’ is asking shoppers to ‘Do One Good Thing’ every time they shop, by purchasing One products,– and at the same time help communities in need.
