Make-A-Wish foundation presents special bike to girl in wheelchair
Amy Newman, 15, may be confined to a wheelchair but she enjoys nothing more than a good bike ride with her parents and sister.
Until now she has only been able to do that at Center Parcs where they have specially-adapted bikes for wheelchair users.
But now the Make-A-Wish foundation has presented Amy with her very own special bike that can be clipped to her wheelchair. Now she can go out for a ride with her sister, Chloe, just like any other sisters.

Me and 3 friends raised £203 for Make-A-Wish. We did a raffle and sold sweets! :)

That's fantastic cbborfmm. Well done! Maybe you could write to us at and tell us how and why you did the fundraising and how you managed to raise such a staggering amount! We'd love you include something in our paper about it. Clare.x
