THE most anticipated movie of  the year is finally here! We caught up with two members of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse cast, Alex Meraz aka the werewolf Paul, and Ashley Greene aka Alice Cullen, to find out all about the latest blood-sucking adventure. There’s a lot more action in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. How did you train?

"We did the same thing as the boys - lots of circuits training, lots of competitions. We played really fun competitions when we'd try and see who could do the circuit in the least amount of time. It kept us in shape and it was really cool to get to learn different choreography too.”

Alice’s visions are crucial to Bella and the Cullen’s safety. How does this make her feel?

“Alice feels quite frustrated in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Her ability to see the future is now hampered when the werewolves are around. Plus, Victoria has wised up and is manipulating the loopholes in her vision by not making any decisions herself. For a good bit of the movie Alice is just trying to figure out who the heck is coming after Bella.”

Which has been your favourite Twilight Saga book so far?

"My favourite to read was Twilight but my favourite book to film was The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. I had more fun on that set than on the previous ones. It was action-packed and there was a lot of stunt training. We also got to interact with each other and be playful, which is nice because a lot of the time you see us walking around with a pained look on our faces!

If you could play any other character, who would you choose?

"I would choose Victoria. It's such a departure from Alice who sweet and has a certain innocence about her. I think it would be really fun to play the evil character."
