A few weeks ago we announced the BRIT Class Act competition, the nationwide search to find the UK’s best school music act. The competition doesn’t kick off until September, but for those of you who are already practising, BRIT Class Act and Rob da Bank have joined forces to offer you the ultimate summer holiday music prize.

You could be in with a chance of performing live on stage at one of the biggest music events of the summer, Camp Bestival! Not only that, but you will also win weekend passes to the festival for you and your family!

All you need to do to enter is record a video of yourself or your band performing a track. You can perform anything you like, a cover, an original number; it’s up to you.  Just make sure you show us how good you really are. Then, register and upload your video on the BRIT Class Act website, www.britclassact.co.uk.

A team of judges including Camp Bestival organiser, Rob da Bank, will pick the winning entry. He says: “We have joined forces with BRIT Class Act to give the young ‘uns the chance to show the adults who’s best.  What better way to kick off your musical careers with a slot on a festival bill that includes Friendly Fires, Ellie Goulding, Tinie Tempah, Chipmunk and Annie Mac - I’ll be handpicking the band that pricks my ears up the most so make sure you get your cameras rollin’ and get your entries in now!”
