Weirdest recipe???

By kicky105 (Age 12)

What is the weirdest recipe you've ever made???

Did it turn out right or did it taste disgusting???

Someone in my cooking class made a joke that they couldn't decide what to make, chocolate cake or pizza, so they were gonna make chocolate pizza.

I knew they wouldn't actually do it, so I decided to. It is the NICEST THING EVER MADE!!!!

Here is the recipe!

Ingredients For A Chocolate Pizza Recipe:

Chocolate Pizza RecipeThe main ingredient of chocolate pizza recipe is pizza dough. You can either make it yourself or you can use store bought pizza base. You will need about 1 pound of pizza dough if you are making it yourself. If you are buying it, you will have to get a medium sized pizza base.

The second ingredient is butter which should be about 2 teaspoons. Make sure you use melted butter at room temperature.

The third ingredient is chocolate hazelnut spread. The Nutella brand is preferred.

The fourth ingredient you will need is chocolate chips. You have to buy milk chocolate and white chocolate chips, and use 2 tablespoons each.

Apart from that, you can also add 2 tablespoons of toasted and chopped hazelnuts to add some crunchiness to your pizza. If you are not a big fan of nuts, you can avoid this.

Remember to preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. Also, make sure the rack is placed as low as possible.

These are the main ingredients for chocolate pizza recipe. To make the pizza dough, you will need 2 cups of plain flour, 2 teaspoons of dry yeast, ½ teaspoon of sugar, I teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and ½ cup warm water. The most important thing you have to remember is that the water should be warm enough to make the yeast to ferment and raise the dough.

Pizza dough is used to make the base of the chocolate pizza. No chocolate pizza recipe will be complete without this dough. Before kneading the dough, you have to combine the yeast and sugar along with a little bit of warm water. Leave it there for 15 to 20 minutes until you can see white foam on top of the water. This means that the yeast has been activated.

Now you can knead the dough with all the other ingredients in a large bowl. Once it is finished, leave it there for around 20 to 30 minutes until it rises. Make sure you cover it with a plastic wrap so that the upper part of the dough will not become dry. When the dough rises, knead it again using some more plain flour. Knead it thoroughly so that you will get the perfect pizza base in the end.

The final part of the chocolate pizza recipe is arranging all the ingredients and baking it.

First, roll out the pizza dough in whatever shape you like and brush it with butter. Bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Then, take it out of the oven, and place all the other ingredients on top of it. You can now cut it and serve it with your favourite ice cream.
