Two riddles

Hi buddies
I have a riddle but there supposed to be spoken.
 In a park there's a lake, in the lake there's a boat, in the boat there's a lady in a white petticoat, an if you want to know her name, then you got youself to blame, cause I said it in the middle of the riddle, what's her name
