The summer I turned pretty by Jenny Han, is a romantic story all about the main character, Isabel but everyone calls her Belly. Every year she goes to her mum's friends summer house with her brother and mum. At the summer house her mum's friend has two sons: Jerimiah, who likes her and Conrad, who she's madly in love with but he doesn't feel the same way. This book is a great book that grips you and pulls you along into every scene, you feel like you're standing right there listening to every character. Jenny Han twists the story when you least expect it and in parts of the story, there's a possibility that you could shed a tear or two! I reccommend this first in a gorgeous new series read to older readers but still younger readers too!

    It sounds like a really romantic novel;I'm afraid those aren't my cup of tea!:)
