Today I'm going to give you some tips and advice on how to get the perfect Mothers Day Gift, but it's a big one you better start now!

Think of Mothers Day, you would generally get the odd bunch of flowers and a card but ever have you thought about making 'A box of gifts and love'?

Get a box (a decent size but not too big) and cover it with pink paint or wrapping paper.

Next go out to town and pick up some goodies to fill it with. (Think her favourite lipstick, some shampoo, perfume, bubble bath, chocolate etc. Make sure you don't put flowers in.)

When you have filled your box grab some paper, pens and crayons and make a list of things you can do to help (eg. wash the car, walk the dog, feed the cat, do the laundry.) Pick your favourite 5 and make a small coupon book out of them. Now your mum just gives you a coupon and you do the job!

After you have done that put the coupon booklet in the box, put the lid on and close it with sellotape.

Next attach a card to the top.

Finally look at this link and design a flower bouqet with a message. http://www.bunches.co.uk/When your bouqet has arrived in the post, lay the flowers on top of the box and hide your gift box until mothers day.

Ta-da your gift is ready and your mum will love it!

(The gift may be too expensive so make it a joint one with your siblings and father or get a small box and remove the flowers.)
