RIP Elisabeth Sladen

Yesterday morning Elisabeth Sladen (Doctor Who, Sarah-Jane Adventures) died aged 63.
She died from cancer, a dreadful disease which has yet again claimed the life of a wonderful person who didn't deserve to die this young.
She has starred in many series' of Doctor Who as the Doctor's companion, Sarah-Jane Smith, along with her metal, robotic dog, K9. She also starred in the CBBC show The Sarah-Jane Adventures which is a spin-off show of Doctor Who.
Apparently there will be a tribute to her after Doctor Who on Sunday.

I really enjoy Dr Who and the Sarah Jane adventures. Looks like there is no more SJA. Boo Hoo.

Sorry Nic! Sweetpea and phoebexloi - I think I read somewhere that they have recorded a new series of SJA but they're having a bit of controversy over whether to show it or not. :(

It's really sad ad i really like Sarah Jane adventures and doctor who and she did look really young and it's ashame she died of cancer. WE WILL ALL MISS YOU ELIZABETH SLADEN. ps. she was a good actor

It was on Newsround on CBBC. I love the sarah jane adventures. It's so sad and a terrible loss. :(

I didn't even know she was ill! :( I used to LOVE Sarah Jane Adventures, if she had died two years ago I would have cried for a month! It still came as a bit of a shock...
