These are my answers to your questions

I am in trouble!

I know about concentration, it's the key to patience! and I am about to camp. 

I think Frankfurt (the city) is a great place and I would be tortured, for the rest of my life if I didn't visit 

The Nazis (German leaders) are great people in my opinion

Did you know that hydrogen is a gas?

My chambers (bedrooms) are very nice as well

Each word in the secret message is before punctuation. This would have been a way of conveying a secret message to your family if you were in a concntration camp during WWII.
