Guide to stop Bullies...

This guide explains what bulling is and how to stop it from happening. If you are being bullied this is the guide for you.

What is Bullying?

Bullying can lead to more serious things (e.g. Suicide). Also the bully does it again and again and sometimes get away with it, which makes them think they can do it again. In addition it would benifit adults and children as adults are often bullied too! Also people who bully other people are cowards as they bully people who they know cannot defend themselves or are weaker than them.


How can I deal with it?

If its is only name calling then tell a teacher, parent or another trusted adult. If the bully is physically hurting you tell and adult. If the probolem continues ask your parents to tallk to a teacher or the bullies parents. If it still continues and/or is getting worse then contact a higher authority (e.g. Police, Childline, Bully Helplines).


Don't keep quiet!

If you are being bullied don't keep it to yourself because it might get worse. Intead tell an freind or an adult.

 

How do I know?

I know all of this because I have been bullied in the past. I tried all of these things and most times they worked. If all esle fails then there is only one thing that you can do and that is just ignore them and pretend they don't exist (but don't go walking into them and that kind of stuff). Occasionally they might get annoyed by this and hit you, but just tell an adult. This is what I am now doing with a person who is bullying me and it works.

    This is really good advice. I am kind of bullied- by everybody!!! Nearly everybody calls me weird but I am used to it!!!
