Ok my debate for it is that in a way it would be horrible to say I am going to kill you on the street and point a gun at somebody, you could get arrested but if you said I'm going to kill you on the net and showed a picture of a gun you probably wouldn't. So it is the same. You may say 15 is too young but if you did it when you are 18 you would get into trouble and if it happens to you when you are young you can know the way of the world. The debate against is that the young can get annoyed and if the police warned them they might cyber bully more

Cyber bullying is terrible, but you shouldn't go to prison if you are under 15. Maybe if you are older and make horrible threats, then you should go to prison. But I personally think that is too young to go to prison. :)

Cyber bulling is terrible and a crime, but people under 15 should have a second chance, because they can learn from their mistakes. I personally think it is too young to go to prison. :)

Oh I thought we were doing proper long arguments... I made mine on a word document and it was like, maybe 300/400 words... it was quite long and I was gonna make a separate article... that's why I didn't enter... I had written it... Sorry!

I think that possibly if you are under 15, you should get a ngiht in the cells, but not for a long while!

Not prison but get a fine or a warning off the police or potentially be banned off the website

No, I don't think that they should go to prison if they are under 15, because it would ruin their whole future for something they could be sorry for, and they would have probably have learned their lesson after getting in trouble with the police. However, I think that they should be blocked and banned from all social networking sites on the internet forever, as a punishment, and then they would be sorry for what they did and would never do it again. It would also stop other people from cyber bullying, as they wouldn't want to lose the privilege of being able to go on social networking sites.

Can I please join Cyber bullying is truly horrible but if there under 15 they shouldn't go to prison , and how do you know it's actully them , not a 18 year old hacker? If they were between 13-15 then they should have a fine if they were under 13 then a warning , if they were under 11 then they would be sad and it could be classified as child abuse , Most websites have a banning sytem anyways , and prison is not allowed for those under 18 anyways There , that is my little argument

Cyber bullying is terrible, but I think maybe putting them into prison may be taking it a little far. If they are banned from that website or if their texts are just deleted without being read it will usually stop. The main thing to think is that people are much braver when behind a screen than when talking face to face, and bullies are usually cowards, and getting angry with them will only make them do it again. Keep calm, and delete.
