Book of the week

By rosiepeach (Age 10)

Hello people, welcome to book of the week! This week we are looking at  a  historical book which is

set in victorian times. The book is called hetty feather and here is my review...

Hetty Feather

By Jacqueline Wilson

Illustrated by Nick Sharrat

This book is about a girl called Hetty feather who is abandoned by her mother to spend a cruel life in the foundling hospital training to be a servant. With Hetty's brothers , sisters, enemies , and friends by her side, can she find her real mother by the end of the story?I couldn't put down this book because it was so exciting and you really feel for the characters and you feel you are really there. I recomed to girls 10+ 5 stars. There is a trailer on youtube for hetty feather and the sequel.
